Overview
ArtTracer is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your data stays on your device.
Data Collection
ArtTracer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party services.
Camera Access
ArtTracer requests camera access solely to display a live viewfinder for the tracing feature. The camera feed is displayed in real-time on your screen and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Photo Library Access
ArtTracer requests photo library access to allow you to select images for tracing. Selected images are saved locally on your device for quick access in future sessions. They are never uploaded or shared.
AR Features
ArtTracer uses ARKit for the AR-assisted tracing mode. ARKit processes camera and sensor data on-device to detect surfaces. This data is not collected or transmitted.
Local Storage
Images you select for tracing are saved in the app’s local storage on your device. You can delete them at any time from the Saved Images screen. No data is backed up to any cloud service by the app.
Third-Party Services
ArtTracer does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. There are no ads, no analytics, and no external network calls.
Children’s Privacy
ArtTracer does not collect any data from any users, including children.
