How do I enable camera access?

ArtTracer requires camera access to display the live viewfinder. If you denied camera access:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad

What is AR Mode?

AR Mode uses your device’s augmented reality capabilities to place the tracing image onto a real surface. The image stays anchored in 3D space as you move your device around. This is ideal for larger surfaces like walls or tabletops.

How do I lock the image while tracing?

In both Normal and AR modes, tap the lock icon in the toolbar. This prevents accidental movement while you trace. Tap again to unlock and reposition.

Does ArtTracer work on iPad?

Yes. ArtTracer is fully optimized for iPad, including iPad mini. The larger screen provides a better view of your reference and tracing surface.

Where are my saved images stored?

All images are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any server. You can view and manage your saved images from the Saved Images screen on the home menu.

How do I delete a saved image?

In the Saved Images gallery, long-press on any image and select Delete from the context menu.
